Living healthy is not a gold carrot that only the rich and famous can afford. It’s not a dream that you can only achieve while you’re sleeping.
When your body is healthy, your mind is healthy. When your mind is healthy you can make common sense nutritional and physical fitness decisions that will complete the cycle and then restart it again. Show me the rule that says we have to let our bodies fall apart as we get older. Show me the blueprint for life that says getting older means we now have to sit and spread; or marinate in a diet of malnutrition.
