Want to eat healthy but crave fat? Go on and chow down on that Ranch dressing!
Yes I’m a vegetarian. My mind hasn’t fully grasped the vegan concept yet. So once on a while, I sneak in some Ranch dressing, or a nice plate of pancakes with syrup AND butter. Yum, nice and rich and creamy. I’m sure hardcore vegetarians and vegans are gagging right now. But for me, Ummm, Ummm Good!!
Truth be told though, my craving passes quick, fast and in a hurry! I can never eat too much animal fat by-products for to long. I won’t even finish that container of Ranch. It is already starting to taste oily and heavy. But at least now I won’t be daydreaming about it!
